Hi, I'm Megan
I am a certified Master Life Coach, and Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, TIME Techniques, Hypnotherapy, and Life & Success Coaching (whew, that's a mouthful), and I work with women using a variety of modalities (including, but not limited to, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Somatics) to help them wholly integrate the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of their Self, guide them to fully embrace their personal power, and safely + efficiently experience and release challenging emotions.
I use the power of words to guide my clients through tools and techniques that allow them to directly access the inner workings of their subconscious mind. This allows us to quickly and efficiently remove limiting beliefs, mindset blocks, and negative programming.
The power of subconscious reprogramming, combined with the process of aligning with and using the unique and inherent strengths and gifts that you entered this world with (via Human Design), and bringing it all together through healing somatic movement patterns creates an energetic flow in your life that comes with more and more ease as it all begins to just make sense.
