Going Solo

If you’re reading this, I know you have something in your life that you would like to improve.

Maybe it’s your physical strength…your ability to cope with anxiety or depression…your marriage…your financial status…discovering an inner purpose…it could be any number of things.

Here’s what else I know. I know that you have absolutely everything inside of you that you need in order to make those improvements that you’re craving. EVEN if you’re not totally sure what exactly it is that you’re yearning for. You 100% have everything that you need to both figure out what it is, and then to accomplish it.

What I can’t tell you is how long it will take you; but I would wager a bet that it’s going to take you a good chunk of time – if you do it on your own.

I’ve talked about this before, and I will continue to talk about it:

– Time is not a renewable resource –

Once an hour of your life has passed, it has passed. It’s gone, and there’s nothing you can do to stretch it out, redo it, or bring it back.

So – if you could increase your free time by getting some assistance with this growth and improvement that you’re craving…wouldn’t you do it? If you could either struggle your way through the process, and take five years to do it – OR – have ease and flow through the process via guidance, and have it only take one year…which sounds like the wiser choice?

“But Megan…” I can already hear you saying, “I can’t afford to hire a coach. They charge too much money!”

Listen up, friend. Remember what I was just saying about time not being a renewable resource? Do you know what IS a renewable resource? M O N E Y. I know, I know, when funds are tight, it sure doesn’t seem to feel that way, right? And yet…somehow you’re still not homeless. Somehow you still have food to eat.

Somehow, money still makes its way to you.

Maybe it’s not as much as you would like…but it still keeps coming. Did you know that new money is always being printed? You could literally never hit a cap on the amount of money you can have. There is no one anywhere that will ever be able to tell you, “Okay, that’s all. There’s no more money that will possibly fit in your bank account.”

But time…time is much more strict and unforgiving. We all have the exact same 24 hours in a day that Oprah has. So why are we so willing to let it just keep slipping through our fingers without ever doing something about it?

Why do we make a bigger deal out of money than we do of time?

And one last resource that is incredibly valuable? Your mental energy. Your mental energy is also more limited than money. You only have so much mental energy that you get each day, and if you’re spending it all trying to just get the ball rolling on that thing you want, then that’s all you’re going to get done…pushing and pushing and pushing that dang ball, just in time to finally get it to move a few inches before that mental energy is just gonezo.

And then you do the same thing the next day. And the next day. And the next day. Over and over, until it feels like you’re living in Groundhog Day (total disclaimer: I’ve never actually seen that movie, so I’m not positive if that reference fits. But it feels like it fits. So in it stays).

So it’s no wonder you get discouraged when you don’t make progress on that thing you want. I don’t blame you! It’s exhausting and frustrating, and can often feel futile.

And this is why it is absolutely crucial for you to hire a coach.

Because your time and your mental energy are l i m i t e d. And you deserve to respect yourself and your loved ones enough to invest in yourself, so you can free up your time, and free up your mental energy, so you can be more available for yourself and your loved ones. Investing in yourself in this way is an insanely powerful way for you to step onto the path of being more fully Y O U.

If you would like to try me on as your coach, you can book your free Energy Elevation Session with me here. It’s a no-pressure, judgement-free, safe space.

Give yourself your best chance, friend. You are worth every bit of it.
