So some of the information that I share about my specific certifications will be a bit different than what you will receive if you choose to go through the YES SUPPLY certification now.

I am SO excited to share today’s post with you!

If you’ve been following me for long, you know that I’ve recently gone through a big ol’ fatty certification program. In fact, at the time of writing this, I am just waiting to get the email telling me that I passed! It should be here any day now, and it’s all I can do not to check my email every five minutes. That’s besides the point. (UPDATE: not even five minutes after starting to write this post, I received the email! If that’s not manifestation at its finest, I don’t know what is!)

I’ve had a handful of people contact me to ask about which certification program I ended up going through, because I had been eyeing a few different options. And I could not be more happy about the one I ended up choosing (after MUCH contemplation). So I wanted to write about why I ended up choosing this one, and a little snippet of my experience with it!

So without further ado: here is my experience and review of The Yes Supply Method Certification!

I first discovered Reese (the founder and owner of Yes Supply) right around the time that we moved to Missouri for my husband to attend physical therapy school (August/September 2019). An ad for a free challenge or workshop she was doing popped up on my social media (either Facebook or Instagram, I honestly can’t remember), and I was immediately intrigued. I wish I could remember what the challenge was, but clearly that wasn’t what was most important.

Whatever it was, I went through it with Reese diligently.

I don’t know if I have ever valued a free challenge so much before. Because the second I got on the first live video that she facilitated, I was immediately connected to her energy and her purpose. So at the end of the challenge, when she shared about her certification program, I absolutely had to check it out right away.

And I tell you what. I was immediately hooked. And I was also shocked! If I chose to go through her certification program, not only was it less than half the cost of the program I had been seriously considering, it also included FAR more value and content! I was (and honestly still am) so shocked at how low the cost was compared to the value she included in it that I would regularly check her sales page for it to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. Surely it had to include some kind of monthly membership fee, or you had to pay extra for some of the “included” extras…I was sure I was missing something.

But nope. Not at all.

So as time went by, and I started to feel more and more inspired to take massive action on this calling I feel so strongly called to do, I knew that this was the direction I needed to take. And the more I prayed and meditated on that decision, the more strongly I knew that it was the right now. I am so blessed to have such a supportive husband, too; because even though it is definitely relatively inexpensive for something like this, it is also not typically something one would fit in to a grad school living-off-student-loans kind of budget.

But he knew how important this was, and the incredible impact it would make on our lives. So as soon as we got our 2019 tax returns, he gave me the go-ahead to do the thing! I actually think I was more nervous about it than he was. Which is typically the case in our marriage anyway haha. He is my ultimate hype-man, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

So on February 28, 2020, I started The Yes Supply Method Certification!

I had the goal of getting through it in a month…and then I actually got started on the content and realized just how hefty it is. Dude. It is jam. freaking. packed. I spent every spare second that I could on this program, and it took me two months to get through it! And in that two months, I have made so many serious and incredibly important shifts in my very being. But I’ll get to that in just a second.

First, I want to share a quick overview of how exactly this certification program is so value packed.

The Yes Supply Method Certification is a five-in-one certification. It certifies you as:

• Neurolinguistics (NLP) Practitioner

• Clinical Hypnotherapist

• EFT Practitioner

• TIME Techniques Practitioner

• Life & Success Coaching

And to be honest…I didn’t even know what half of those really meant, and was skeptical about parts of it. All I knew was that I needed to do it, and I knew that meant that I would figure the rest out. The main one I had no clue about was NLP. So I would venture a guess that you’re likely unfamiliar with it as well. Since that’s the bulk of this certification, that’s what I’ll explain the most:

If we break it down:

Neuro: The physical components as well as the mental and emotional components of our neurology

Linguistic: Pertains to the language that you use; more specifically, how you communicate with others and (more importantly) how you communicate with yourself

Programming/function: Perceiving your mind as your internal operating system; Programming is the way our past experiences, thoughts, and emotions affect all areas of our lives

So, in a nutshell – NLP is about learning the language of your own mind. This certification essentially provided me with the users manual for your brain. It’s a set of highly effective tools and techniques, but it’s so much more than that; it’s an attitude and methodology of knowing how to help you achieve your goals and get real results. Most of the tools and techniques that I have learned are even the same tools and techniques that are used by many therapists. {Disclaimer – I am not a licensed therapist. But I am an advocate for YOU.}

The other parts of this certification all stem from NLP (even hypnotherapy…which likely isn’t at all what you think it’s like; trust me…that’s what I was most skeptical about, and now it’s one of my favorite things ever), and I will most definitely share more about them in future posts. But for now, can you see just how amazing that one certification is??

And not only did I get these certifications –

I also got a crap ton of bonuses that Reese includes! These are courses and resources that she shares so abundantly with her people. A course for creating your coaching programs, for discovering and connecting with your dream clients, how to market your brand and services, how to grow your email list, how to increase your abundance mindset…among sooooo many other bonuses.

I am a self-acclaimed online course junkie. But I now know that with this certification, I have everything I need to be successful – both in life and in my business!

Having gone successfully gone through this certification program, the easiest way I can sum up my personal transformation is to say that I have completely changed. But that’s not the most accurate. Because I haven’t changed who I am; I’ve just rediscovered who I am. I have rid myself of countless limiting beliefs, mindset blocks, and negative programming.

Because it is completely normal and natural for us to take on many limiting beliefs as we experience the normal challenges that we face through the years.

However, when those limiting beliefs start to gain such a strong hold that they hold us back from realizing our actual potential – that’s when it begins to become problematic. And these insanely powerful tools and techniques that I now know how to utilize have helped me release many of those negative layers I’ve held on to for years, and I will continue to do this work on myself along with working with my clients!

I have never been more assured in my life of who I am, and my calling in this life; and that will continue to develop and strengthen more and more every day. Even in spite (and sometimes because) of the challenges that will continue to arise in my life.

I honestly cannot say enough good about this life altering program that I have been blessed to experience.
